Has a technical question arisen while knitting or stitching a design that you have purchased from the Virtual Yarns website? If so, contact us using the mailer below.
Please note -
- We can only accept questions from customers who have bought the design to which the question relates, so an order number is required.
- For reasons of time and practicality, we have to assume that you already know the basics of knitting or stitching.
- Your question may be published by Virtual Yarns in our FAQ section, in which case your name and e-mail address will be automatically withheld unless you request otherwise.
